Welcome to PixPlus - AI Photo & Video Maker (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and related services provided by PixPlus Development LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use PixPlus. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require a subscription or credit purchase processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text prompts you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transform, and deliver it solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to all User Content you submit, and that your submission does not violate the rights of any third party.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive manner.
  • Create deepfakes, impersonations, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or defraud others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models and source code.
  • Circumvent any safety, rate-limit, or content-moderation system.
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law.

We may, at our sole discretion, remove content, limit access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including all underlying models, templates, UI, graphics, and documentation, is owned by PixPlus Development LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. AI-generated outputs

PixPlus leverages machine learning models that produce outputs based on your inputs. While we strive for high-quality generation, AI systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or biased results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or distributing them.

7. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple per Apple's refund policy. For disputes or complaints, contact support@vssdf.uk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXPLUS DEVELOPMENT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixPlus Development LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your User Content or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, sections 3 through 11 of these Terms will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of our principal business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
