What exactly does PixPlus do?
PixPlus is an AI creative studio for iPhone and iPad. It can animate still photos into short videos, apply trending motion templates, enhance portraits naturally, and let you try on outfits virtually — all powered by our in-house vision models.
Is it free to use?
Yes. PixPlus is free to download and includes daily credits for generation. Advanced features such as 4K export and the full template library are available via an optional subscription starting at $7.99/week. In-app purchases and credit packs are also available for one-off usage.
Do you use my photos to train your models?
No. Photos and videos you upload are used only to generate the output you requested. They are not used to train publicly released generative models, and we do not share them with third parties for advertising purposes.
How long are my photos stored?
Uploads and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days for delivery, caching, and abuse prevention, then automatically deleted. You can also delete any item manually from the app at any time.
What devices and OS versions are supported?
PixPlus requires iOS 13.0 or later on iPhone, iPadOS 13.0 or later on iPad, and supports Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later). The app is currently available in English.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions → PixPlus → Cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use outputs commercially?
Paid subscribers receive a commercial-use license for outputs they generate, provided the inputs you submitted are yours or you hold the necessary rights. See the Terms of Service for the full licensing language.
How fast is generation?
Most short animations complete in 10–30 seconds on a modern iPhone. Complex effects and 4K exports can take up to a minute. We continuously optimize our pipeline; recent updates delivered up to 3× faster rendering on the same hardware.
Why did my generation fail?
The most common causes are unclear prompts, low-resolution input photos, or content that conflicts with our acceptable use policy. Try a clearer photo and a more specific prompt. If the issue persists, please contact us.
